RETURNS, CLAIMS & MISSING ITEMS
RETURNS
If you have ordered a product that you do not want to keep, you have a 14-day right of return from the day you received your product. If you wish to return one or more of your products, you must register your return via our online return portal.
A 15€ processing and shipping fee for the return will be deducted from your refund. Once you have created your return, we will approve it within 1-2 business days, after which you will receive a return label.

When you are returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the package/goods until it is received at Moonboon. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and track and trace number.
Please note that Moonboon does not accept packages that have to be paid for upon receipt (cash on delivery).
MISSING ITEMS
We are very sorry that an item was missing from your order – of course we want to help you quickly and easily. Please report the missing item through our online portal so we can process the case as soon as possible.

CLAIMS
If something were to happen to your product where you need to file a claim, we would of course be happy to help.
If your claim concerns something in your motor or bundle setup, please send an email to our customer service hello@moonboon.com, with a description of your problem, an order number (or receipt if you are not the original buyer), as well as the motor's serial number which is at the bottom.
